- When will the 2026 Win on the Wabash occur?
- The 2026 Win on the Wabash will occur on August 28th-29th, 2026. Gates will be open on Friday, Aug. 28th from 5:30 p.m.-11:30 p.m. and on Saturday, Aug. 29th from 11:00 a.m.-11:30 p.m.
- When d0 tickets begin selling for the 2026 Super Raffle & Tow-N-Go Raffle?
- 2026 Super Raffle & Tow-N-Go tickets will begin selling on Oct. 12th, 2025. More details will be released soon.
- What are the details for the 2026 Super Raffle and Tow-N-Go Raffle?
- Super Raffle Tickets sell for $100 each and will include entry into both the Friday Night Tow-N-Go Raffle as well as the Saturday Super Raffle. A total of 356 prizes will be given away, with 10 prizes given away on Friday Night in the Tow-N-Go Raffle, as well as 346 prizes on Saturday in the Super Raffle. Only 15,000 total tickets will be sold. Each ticket purchased also includes one entry wristband into the event as well.
- When will tickets begin selling for the 2026 Pre-Event 50/50 Raffle?
- 2026 Pre-Event 50/50 raffle tickets will begin selling on Oct. 12th, 2025 and will remain for sale through August 26th, 2026. The winner will be drawn on the LIVE, virtual, pre-event show on Thursday, Aug. 27th, 2026. Winner need not be present to win. Pre-Event 50/50 tickets are sold online only.
- If I purchase a Super Raffle ticket online, will I be mailed a hard copy of my ticket?
- No, Super Raffle tickets purchased online do not include a hard copy of your ticket. You will receive an email confirmation after purchase that will serve as your ticket. You will be able to use that email confirmation to claim your one included weekend entry wristband at the Will Call window the weekend of the event.
- Can I purchase raffle tickets for someone else (i.e. Christmas gift) online?
- Yes. When purchasing, you MUST use the person’s name, phone number, and address who is receiving the ticket when completing the “Contact Information” section at checkout. If you are purchasing for multiple people, then you must do separate transactions for each person.
- Do I need to be present to win?
- You need not be present to win on the Super Raffle, Tow-N-Go Raffle, or the Pre-Event 50/50. Side Raffles sold at the event including the Goldmine Raffle, Gun Raffles, etc. also need not be present to win. The drawings that you MUST be present to win include the in-person 50/50 raffles on Friday and Saturday, as well as the Attendance Prizes and Stage Games.
- Are all of the Super Raffle prizes awarded?
- All prizes will be awarded to sold tickets. Any unsold tickets become the property of the Win on the Wabash committee.
- How are the winning numbers drawn for the Super Raffle and Tow-N-Go Raffle?
- Super Raffle and Tow-N-Go Raffle tickets are numbered 00000-14999. Four lottery ball style machines will be used to draw the winning numbers. The first ball machine will include balls with the numbers 00-14, and the other three machines will include balls with digits 0-9. Any ticket number is eligible to win more than once.
- When will campsites for the 2026 event go on sale?
- Campsites for the 2026 Win on the Wabash will go on sale at a date to be determined later.
- Will I have to pay any taxes on my prize if I win?
- You are responsible for any and all taxes associated with your winnings unless specifically noted otherwise.
- Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
- No, food and drinks cannot be brought in to the event (with the exception of sealed, bottled water). Empty coolers are permitted. There will be drinks and plenty of food options available for purchase inside the event gates.
- What can I carry into the event?
- Canopies (max. size 12×12), lawn chairs, and empty coolers are permitted to be carried into the event.
- When can I set up my canopy?
- Canopies cannot be set up before 5:30 p.m. on Friday and can not be larger than 12′ x 12′. This will be strictly enforced. Once the gates open at 5:30 p.m. on Friday canopies can be carried into the event area and set up. You are permitted to leave your canopy set up overnight Friday night as long as you lower it before leaving on Friday. Canopies must be taken down by 8:00 p.m. on Saturday Night so that everyone in the park can enjoy the entertainment on stage with Saw Crush and Craig Morgan!
- Do you accept credit cards at the event?
- Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
- Do you have an ATM onsite at the event?
- Yes, we have an ATM located at the headquarters stand.
- What is the cost for parking?
- Parking is FREE!
- What entrance do I enter for General Parking?
- General Parking will enter off of the State Route 119 entrance.
- Where is the Handicap Parking located?
- Handicap parking is right off the State Route 49 entrance. You must have a Handicap sticker to be able to park in the marked-off area.
