  • When will the 2021 Win on the Wabash occur?
    • The 2021 Win on the Wabash is scheduled for August 27-28, 2021. 
  • What entrance do I enter in at for General Parking?
    • General Parking will enter in off of the State Route 119 entrance.
  • Where is the Handicap Parking located at?
    • If you visit this event map, you will see that the handicap parking is right off of State Route 49. You must have a Handicap sticker to be able to park in the marked off area.
  • When are the gates for the Win on the Wabash open?
    • Friday August 27th, the gates will open from 6:00pm to 12:00am. Saturday, August 28th, the gates will open at 11:00am to 1:00am.
  • Are all of the prizes awarded?​
    • All prizes will be awarded to sold tickets. Any unsold tickets become property of the Win on the Wabash committee.​
  • I don’t have a ticket, can I still attend?​
    • Absolutely! If you didn’t purchase a Super Raffle Ticket, you can still purchase a weekend General Admission wristband for $10 at the door and can join in on the fun by entering into chances to win any of our great Side Raffle prizes, live music, and more.
  • Can I win more than one prize?​
    • Yes! There is no limit on the number of prizes a ticket can win. The same number could be drawn more than once.
  • I already purchased a camping spot for the 2020 event. Do I still have a spot reserved for 2021?
    •  Your spot will remain reserved for 2021.
  • Is camping available?​
    • Yes, on-site primitive camping available. Camping begins Thursday, August 26th, 2021  and continues through Sunday, August 29th, 2021. All camping sites will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. There are also flush-able toilets and showers available on site. Visit the ‘CAMPING‘ page for more information.

  • What kind of entertainment is going on at the event?
    • Friday, August 27th, Latter will be playing live music from 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM. On Saturday, August 28th, various acoustic entertainers will be playing throughout the day, followed by a LIVE opening band from 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM and BlackJack Billy from 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
  • Will I have to pay any taxes on my prize?​
    • You are responsible for any and all taxes associated with your winnings, unless specifically noted otherwise.
  • What about food and beverages?​
    • There are no carry-in food or drinks, as there will be a food & drink stand and beer stand running Friday and Saturday of the event. Empty coolers are permitted.
  • If I purchased a Super Raffle ticket online, do I receive a HARD COPY of the ticket?
    • No, you will NOT automatically receive a hard copy of the ticket. Your ticket numbers should have been sent out via email. If you have not received those, please email admin@wowraffle.com and we will resend them.
    • Hard Copies of the tickets WILL be available the day of the event at Will Call. You will need to bring the email receipt from the purchase or a screenshot and your ID.
  • If I purchased a Tow-N-Go ticket online, do I receive a HARD COPY of the ticket?
    • No hard copies of these tickets are available. Your email confirmation serves as your ticket.
  • Do I have to be present to win?
    • No, you DO NOT need to be present to win for the Super Raffle or Tow-N-Go Raffle.
    • If you plan on attending the event and want a chance to win an attendance prize, you’ll want to drop your Mad Anthony Wayne Mad Money(tickets perforated at the top of the raffle ticket) in the attendance barrel. For the attendance prize, you MUST be present to win.
  • I purchased a raffle ticket online and have not received my email confirmation. What do I need to do?
    • Check your spam and junk folders. It’s most likely there. If you still can’t find it, let us know by emailing info@wowraffle.com and we will resend a confirmation email.
  • For Tow-N-Go raffle, do I need to purchase a new ticket for each level of prizes?
    • No, each ticket you purchase is good for all prizes added to the prize pool
  • Does the Tow-N-Go ticket get you admission into the event?
    • If you don’t have a super raffle ticket, the email confirmation you get for a Tow-N-Go ticket purchase will get you in the gate on Friday night ONLY.
  • If you buy 5 Tow-N-Go tickets for $100, can you put a different name on each ticket?
    • No, our software/computer systems do not allow this at this time.

RULES

WoW Super Raffle Contest Rules – 2021​

  • TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE 
  • TICKET HOLDER NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN – ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED
  • Only 8,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets are numbered 0000 through 7999.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and to be admitted on the grounds during the Win on the Wabash event. Photo ID is required for entrance in event area.
  • Drawings subject to sale of at least 6,500 tickets. Any unsold tickets become property of the WoW committee.
  • If event is cancelled for any reason, purchase price will be refunded. The WoW committee reserves the right to postpone the event due to national emergency or unforeseen act of God.
  • ANY NUMBER CAN BE A WINNER MORE THAN ONCE.
  • All winning numbers are drawn lottery-style (numbered ping-pong balls).
  • Winners claiming their prize must show WINNING TICKET and PHOTO I.D.
  • Complete winners list will be posted on our website: wowraffle.com or can be requested by mail.
  • All winners must claim and pick up their prizes, or arrange delivery, within 30 days of the event.
  • Winners are subject to ALL applicable taxes.
  • All gun winners are subject to Federal, State, and Local firearms background check.
  • Absolutely NO GLASS CONTAINERS permitted on grounds during the week of the event.
  • Non-ticket holders may attend Win on the Wabash. Extra entrance passes are $10.00 each and are good for the entire weekend.
  • The WoW committee reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
  • Limited seating provided. Please bring your own chair. Canopies up to 12′ x 12′ may be used in designated areas.
  • Absolutely no golf carts, ATVs, scooters, etc. permitted on the grounds.
  • Board members are ineligible for this drawing.
  • Tickets are not to be used as a method of fundraising for any organization, business or individual unless granted express written permission by the WoW Committee.
  • On-site primitive camping available. Camping begins Thursday, August 26th at 5:00 PM and continues through Noon Sunday, August 29th. All camping sites will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Email wowraffleinfo@gmail.com for more information.
  • No pets in event area.
  • Ticket must be in individual’s name. A company or business cannot be a ticket holder.
  • Lost tickets will not be reissued.
  • No carry-in of Alcohol to event area permitted. Only empty coolers can be brought into event area.

WoW Tow-N-Go Raffle Contest Rules

  • TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE 
  • Tickets are ONLY available online through our website wowraffle.com.
  • Tickets will only be available January 1st, 2021 through May 1st, 2021, or until sold out.
  • Cost for this raffle is $25.00 per ticket or $100.00 for 5 tickets. Credit card processing fees will be charged accordingly.
  • TICKET HOLDER NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN
  • Up to 15,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets are numbered 0000 through 14,999.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket.
  • Drawings subject to sale of at least 1,000 tickets. Number of prizes in this progressive raffle will be determined by the total number of tickets sold.
  • If event is cancelled for any reason, purchase price will be refunded. The WoW committee reserves the right to postpone the event due to national emergency or unforeseen act of God.
  • ANY NUMBER CAN BE A WINNER MORE THAN ONCE.
  • All winning numbers are drawn lottery-style (numbered ping-pong balls).
  • Winners claiming their prize must show EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF TICKET PURCHASE and PHOTO I.D.
  • Complete winners list will be posted on our website: wowraffle.com or can be requested by mail.
  • All winners must claim and pick up their prizes, or arrange delivery, within 30 days of the event.
  • The WoW committee reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
  • Board members are ineligible for this drawing.
  • Tickets are not to be used as a method of fundraising for any organization, business or individual unless granted express written permission by the WoW Committee.
  • Ticket must be in individual’s name. A company or business cannot be a ticket holder.
  • Prizes valued over $5,000 – taxes will be paid by the WoW Super Raffle.
  • If all tickets aren’t sold to reach the next prize level, money from the tickets that are sold will be split 50/50 with the WoW.  The winners pot will be added to an empty trailer.

*By attending Win on the Wabash, you are giving your consent to the WoW committee to use your likeness in all event promotional material, and to contact you via information you provide to us. Your contact info will not be sold or given to other entities.

*Any ticket purchased by dishonored check or other fraudulent means, and is not taken care of by 8:00am August 20th, 2021 will become property of the Win on the Wabash committee.

By accepting this ticket and attending the Win on the Wabash Super Raffle fundraising event, the holder, on behalf of themselves, their guests, invitees, and other attendees, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the WOW Committee and any other affiliated Directors, Officers, Members, staff, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and persons or organizations from any and all injuries, damages, actions, claims, liabilities, demands, suits, judgments, losses and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to attorneys fees, which may in any manner arise or be alleged to have arisen, or result or be alleged to have resulted, from any prize obtained through the sale of tickets and/or from the activities or events in connection with the Win on the Wabash Super Raffle fundraising event. This shall include, without limitation, any claim for bodily injury, death, property damage, or for any loss or damage whatsoever, and further including without limitation, any claim or claims arising out of the presence, serving or use of any alcoholic beverages at, upon or adjacent to the area upon which the event is located. The WOW Committee and all affiliated Directors, Officers, Members, staff, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and persons or organizations will not assume any liability related to the foregoing. By accepting this ticket and attending the Win on the Wabash Super Raffle fundraising event, the holder of this ticket, on behalf of themselves, their guests, invitees, and other attendees, acknowledges and assumes full responsibility and liability for any injuries, damages, losses or liability that may arise, result from, or occur in relation to their enjoyment and participation in the Win on the Wabash Super Raffle fundraising event.
