- When will the 2023 Win on the Wabash occur?
- The 2023 Win on the Wabash will occur August 25th-26th, 2023.
- When did tickets begin selling for the 2023 Super Raffle? What are the details for the 2023 Super Raffle?
- 2023 Super Raffle tickets began selling on Oct. 2nd, 2022. Super Raffle tickets sold for $100 each. 10,000 total tickets were sold. 241 prizes at a total value of $800,000 will be awarded on Aug. 26th, 2023 in the Super Raffle. Super Raffle tickets were sold out by the middle of November 2022.
- When did tickets begin selling for the 2023 Tow-N-Go Raffle? What are the details for the 2023 Tow-N-Go Raffle?
- 2023 Tow-N-Go Raffle Tickets began selling on Nov. 12th, 2022, and can be purchased online, or in-person at our ticket-selling business partners. Currently, tickets for the Tow-N-Go Raffle remain for sale.
- Where is the Win on the Wabash event located?
- Ambassador Park in Fort Recovery, OH. 2205 OH-49, Fort Recovery, OH, 45846
- What entrance do I enter for General Parking?
- General Parking will enter off of the State Route 119 entrance.
- Where is the Handicap Parking located?
- Handicap parking is right off the State Route 49 entrance. You must have a Handicap sticker to be able to park in the marked-off area.
- When are the gates for the Win on the Wabash open?
- Friday, August 25th, the gates will be open from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am. Saturday, August 26th, the gates will be open from 11:00 am to 12:00 am.
- What can I carry into the event?
- Canopies, lawn chairs, and empty coolers are permitted to be carried into the event.
- When can I set up my canopy?
- Canopies cannot be set up before 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Once the gates open at 6:00 p.m. on Friday canopies can be carried into the event area and set up. You are permitted to leave your canopy set up overnight Friday night as long as you lower it before leaving on Friday.
- If I purchase a Super Raffle ticket online, how do I get the hard copy of my ticket?
- You will pick up the hard copy of the ticket, along with your included entrance wristband(s) at the Will Call window the week of the event.
- What are the hours of the Will Call Booth?
- Wednesday, Aug. 23rd 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
- Thursday, Aug. 24th 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
- Friday, Aug. 25th 3:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
- Saturday, Aug. 26th 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.
- Does the Super Raffle ticket get you admission into the event?
- Yes, each Super Raffle ticket includes two weekend-entry wristbands.
- Does the Tow-N-Go Raffle ticket get you admission into the event?
- No, Tow-N-Go tickets do not include weekend-entry wristbands.
- If I do not purchase a Super Raffle ticket, can I still attend the event?
- Absolutely! If you do not purchase a Super Raffle ticket, you can still purchase a weekend General Admission wristband at the gate for $30 each.
- Is camping available?
- Yes, on-site camping is available. Camping begins Thursday, August 24th, 2023, and continues through Sunday, August 27th, 2023. Campsites will go for sale online at 9:00 a.m. EST on April 1st, 2023.
- Are all of the Super Raffle prizes awarded?
- All prizes will be awarded to sold tickets. Any unsold tickets become the property of the Win on the Wabash committee.
- Are all of the Tow-N-Go Raffle prizes awarded?
- All prizes will be awarded to sold tickets. Any unsold tickets become the property of the Win on the Wabash committee.
- Can I win more than one prize on the Super Raffle or Tow-N-Go Raffle?
- Yes! There is no limit on the number of prizes a ticket can win. The same number could be drawn more than once.
- Will I have to pay any taxes on my prize?
- You are responsible for any and all taxes associated with your winnings unless specifically noted otherwise.
- What about food and beverages?
- There is no carry-in food or drinks, as there will be food & drink stands and beer stands running Friday and Saturday of the event. Empty coolers are permitted.
- Do I have to be present to win?
- No, you DO NOT need to be present to win a prize in the Super Raffle, Tow-N-Go Raffle, or pre-event 50/50. You will have 30 days to claim your prize.
- For the attendance prizes, you MUST be present to win. You also MUST be present to win the Friday night and Saturday night 50/50 drawing.
- For any other side raffles not mentioned above and sold at the 2023 event, you DO NOT need to be present to win, but you must claim your prize by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 27th, 2023.
- If I purchase a Super Raffle or Tow-N-Go ticket online and do not see my email confirmation, what do I need to do?
- Check your spam and junk folders. It’s most likely there. If you still can’t find it, let us know by emailing admin@wowraffle.com and we will resend a confirmation email.
- Do you accept credit cards at the event?
- Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
- Do you have an ATM onsite at the event?
- Yes, we have an ATM located at the headquarters stand.
