WoW Super Raffle Contest Rules – 2024​

• TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE 
• TICKET HOLDER NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN – ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED
• Only 10,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets are numbered 0000 through 9999.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and to be admitted on the grounds during the Win on the Wabash event. Photo ID is required for entrance into the event area.
• Drawings are subject to the sale of at least 8,000 tickets. Any unsold tickets become the property of the WoW committee.
• If the raffle is canceled for any reason, the purchase price will be refunded. The WoW committee reserves the right to postpone the event due to a national emergency or unforeseen acts of God.
• ANY NUMBER CAN BE A WINNER MORE THAN ONCE.
• All winning numbers are drawn lottery-style (numbered lottery balls).
• Winners claiming their prize must show WINNING TICKET and PHOTO I.D.
• The complete winners’ list will be posted on our website: wowraffle.com or can be requested by mail.
• All winners must claim and pick up their prizes, or arrange delivery, within 30 days of the event.
• Winners are subject to ALL applicable taxes.
• All gun winners are subject to Federal, State, and Local firearms background checks.
• Non-ticket holders may attend Win on the Wabash. Extra entrance can be purchased at the gate.
• The WoW committee reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
• Board members are ineligible for this drawing.
• Tickets are not to be used as a method of fundraising for any organization, business, or individual unless granted express written permission by the WoW Committee.
• The ticket must be in the individual’s name. A company or business cannot be a ticket holder.
• Lost tickets will not be reissued.

WoW Tow-N-Go Raffle Contest Rules – 2024

• TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE
• TICKET HOLDER NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN TOW-N-GO PRIZES 
• Any Ticket Holder who purchases tickets via our website WILL NOT receive hard copies of the tickets, your email confirmation with your ticket numbers on them will serve as your ticket(s). 
• Up to 7,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets are numbered 10000 through 16999. 
• Ticket Holder must be 18 years of age or older on day of drawing to purchase a ticket and be admitted on the grounds during the Win on the Wabash event. Photo ID is required for entrance in event area. •  Any unsold tickets become property of the WoW committee. • ANY NUMBER CAN BE A WINNER MORE THAN ONCE 
• All winning numbers are drawn lottery-style using certified lottery style balls. 
• Winning Numbers will be pulled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, August 23rd. Winners not present at the park will be   contacted via phone and given until 7:45 p.m. to arrive at the park. If the winner cannot be present at the time   prizes are awarded, a committee member of the Win on the Wabash will stand in their place. • Winners claiming their prize must show WINNING TICKET and PHOTO I.D. 
• Complete winners list will be posted on our website: www.wowraffle.com or can be requested by mail. • All Raffle winners must claim and pick up their prizes, or arrange delivery, within 30 days of the event. • Prize claim open until 10:00 pm Friday and Saturday, 10:00 am-4:00 pm Sunday on weekend of event. • Winners are subject to ALL applicable taxes, however, the WoW Raffle covers taxes on all Tow-N-Go Raffle Prizes   valued over $5,000.00. 
• The WoW committee reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or   greater value. 
• Ticket must be in an individual’s name. A company or business cannot be a ticket holder. • Lost tickets will not be reissued.

*By attending the Win on the Wabash, you are giving your consent to the WoW committee to use your likeness in all event promotional material, and to contact you via the information you provide to us. Your contact info will not be sold or given to other entities.

*Any ticket purchased by dishonored check or other fraudulent means, and is not taken care of by 8:00 a.m. August 19th, 2024 will become the property of the Win on the Wabash committee.

By accepting a ticket and attending the Win on the Wabash Super Raffle fundraising event, the holder, on behalf of themselves, their guests, invitees, and other attendees, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the WoW Committee and any other affiliated Directors, Officers, Members, staff, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and persons or organizations from any and all injuries, damages, actions, claims, liabilities, demands, suits, judgments, losses and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to attorneys fees, which may in any manner arise or be alleged to have arisen, or result or be alleged to have resulted, from any prize obtained through the sale of tickets and/or from the activities or events in connection with the Win on the Wabash Super Raffle fundraising event. This shall include, without limitation, any claim for bodily injury, death, property damage, or for any loss or damage whatsoever, and further including without limitation, any claim or claims arising out of the presence, serving or use of any alcoholic beverages at, upon or adjacent to the area upon which the event is located. The WoW Committee and all affiliated Directors, Officers, Members, staff, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and persons or organizations will not assume any liability related to the foregoing. By accepting a ticket and attending the Win on the Wabash fundraising event, the holder of this ticket, on behalf of themselves, their guests, invitees, and other attendees, acknowledges and assumes full responsibility and liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or liability that may arise, resulting from, or occurring in relation to their enjoyment and participation in the Win on the Wabash fundraising event.
