  • When will the 2024 Win on the Wabash occur?
    • The 2024 Win on the Wabash will occur August 23rd-24th, 2024. 
  • When will the 2025 Win on the Wabash occur?
    • The 2024 Win on the Wabash will occir August 22nd-23rd, 2025.
  • When will tickets begin selling for the 2024 Super Raffle? What are the details for the 2024 Super Raffle?
    • 2024 Super Raffle tickets began selling on Oct. 1st, 2023. Super Raffle tickets sell for $100 each. 10,000 total tickets are sold. 241 prizes will be awarded on Aug. 24th, 2024 in the Super Raffle. As of Oct. 14th, 2023 Super Raffle tickets are SOLD OUT!
  • When will tickets begin selling for the 2024 Tow-N-Go Raffle? 
    • 2024 Tow-N-Go Raffle Tickets began selling on Oct. 1st, 2023 and currently remain on sale.
  • When will tickets begin selling for the 2024 Pre-Event 50/50 Raffle? 
    • 2024 Pre-Event 50/50 raffle tickets began selling on Oct. 1st, 2023 and will remain for sale through August 21st, 2024.
  • When will tickets begin selling for the 2025 Event?
    • 2025 raffle tickets will go on sale Oct. 13th, 2024.
  • Where is the Win on the Wabash event located?
    • Ambassador Park in Fort Recovery, OH. 2205 OH-49, Fort Recovery, OH, 45846
  • What entrance do I enter for General Parking?
    • General Parking will enter off of the State Route 119 entrance.
  • Where is the Handicap Parking located?
    • Handicap parking is right off the State Route 49 entrance. You must have a Handicap sticker to be able to park in the marked-off area.
  • When are the gates for the 2024 Win on the Wabash open?
    • Friday, August 23rd, the gates will be open from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am. Saturday, August 24th, the gates will be open from 11:00 am to 12:00 am.
  • What can I carry into the event?
    • Canopies, lawn chairs, and empty coolers are permitted to be carried into the event.
  • When can I set up my canopy?
    • Canopies cannot be set up before 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Once the gates open at 6:00 p.m. on Friday canopies can be carried into the event area and set up. You are permitted to leave your canopy set up overnight Friday night as long as you lower it before leaving on Friday.
  • Does the 2024 Super Raffle ticket get you admission into the event?
    • Yes, each Super Raffle ticket includes two weekend-entry wristbands.
  • If I purchase a Super Raffle ticket online, how do I redeem my two free entry wristbands?
    • You will pick up the entry wristbands at the Will Call window the week of the event. Please bring a copy of the email receipt and your ID to redeem. (Hard copies of the tickets are NOT mailed out.)
  • What are the hours of the Will Call Booth?
    • Wednesday, Aug. 21st 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
    • Thursday, Aug. 22nd 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
    • Friday, Aug. 23rd 3:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
    • Saturday, Aug. 24th 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.
  • Does the Tow-N-Go Raffle ticket get you admission into the event? 
    • No, Tow-N-Go tickets do not include weekend-entry wristbands.
  • If I do not purchase a Super Raffle ticket, can I still attend the event?
    • Absolutely! If you do not purchase a Super Raffle ticket, you can still purchase weekend General Admission weekend entry wristbands online or at the gate for $30 each.
  • Is camping available?​
    • Yes, on-site camping is available. Camping begins Thursday, August 22nd, 2024, and continues through Sunday, August 25th, 2024. Campsites are currently on sale and can be purchased on our website. Electric sites are SOLD OUT. Non-electric sites remain on sale for $40 for the entire weekend.
  • Are all of the Super Raffle prizes awarded?​
    • All prizes will be awarded to sold tickets. Any unsold tickets become the property of the Win on the Wabash committee.​
  • Can I win more than one prize on the Super Raffle or Tow-N-Go Raffle?​
    • Yes! There is no limit on the number of prizes a ticket can win. The same number could be drawn more than once. Numbers are drawn using lottery ball machines.
  • Will I have to pay any taxes on my prize?​
    • You are responsible for any and all taxes associated with your winnings unless specifically noted otherwise.
  • What about food and beverages?​
    • There is no carry-in food or drinks. There will be food & drink stands and beer stands running Friday and Saturday of the event. Empty coolers are permitted.
  • Do I have to be present to win?
    • No, you DO NOT need to be present to win a prize in the Super Raffle, Tow-N-Go Raffle, or Pre-Event 50/50. You will have 30 days to claim your prize.
    • For the attendance prizes, you MUST be present to win. You also MUST be present to win the Friday night and Saturday night 50/50 drawing.
    • For any other side raffles not mentioned above and sold at the 2024 event, you DO NOT need to be present to win, but you must claim your prize by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 25th, 2024.
  • If I purchase a Super Raffle or Tow-N-Go ticket online and do not see my email confirmation, what do I need to do?
    • Check your spam and junk folders. It’s most likely there. If you still can’t find it, let us know by emailing admin@wowraffle.com and we will resend a confirmation email.
  • Do you accept credit cards at the event?
    • Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
  • Do you have an ATM onsite at the event?
    • Yes, we have an ATM located at the headquarters stand.

WoW Super Raffle Contest Rules – 2024​

  • TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE 
  • TICKET HOLDER NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN – ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED
  • Only 10,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets are numbered 0000 through 9999.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and to be admitted on the grounds during the Win on the Wabash event. Photo ID is required for entrance into the event area.
  • Drawings are subject to the sale of at least 8,000 tickets. Any unsold tickets become the property of the WoW committee.
  • If the raffle is canceled for any reason, the purchase price will be refunded. The WoW committee reserves the right to postpone the event due to a national emergency or unforeseen acts of God.
  • ANY NUMBER CAN BE A WINNER MORE THAN ONCE.
  • All winning numbers are drawn lottery-style (numbered lottery balls).
  • Winners claiming their prize must show WINNING TICKET and PHOTO I.D.
  • The complete winners’ list will be posted on our website: wowraffle.com or can be requested by mail.
  • All winners must claim and pick up their prizes, or arrange delivery, within 30 days of the event.
  • Winners are subject to ALL applicable taxes.
  • All gun winners are subject to Federal, State, and Local firearms background checks.
  • Non-ticket holders may attend Win on the Wabash. Extra entrance can be purchased at the gate.
  • The WoW committee reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
  • Board members are ineligible for this drawing.
  • Tickets are not to be used as a method of fundraising for any organization, business, or individual unless granted express written permission by the WoW Committee.
  • The ticket must be in the individual’s name. A company or business cannot be a ticket holder.
  • Lost tickets will not be reissued.

WoW Tow-N-Go Raffle Contest Rules – 2024

  • TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE
  • TICKET HOLDER NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN TOW-N-GO PRIZES 
  • Any Ticket Holder who purchases tickets via our website WILL NOT receive hard copies of the tickets, your email confirmation with your ticket numbers on them will serve as your ticket(s). 
  • Up to 7,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets are numbered 10000 through 16999. 
  • Ticket Holder must be 18 years of age or older on day of drawing to purchase a ticket and be admitted on the grounds during the Win on the Wabash event. Photo ID is required for entrance in event area. •  Any unsold tickets become property of the WoW committee. • ANY NUMBER CAN BE A WINNER MORE THAN ONCE 
  • All winning numbers are drawn lottery-style using certified lottery style balls. 
  • Winning Numbers will be pulled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, August 23rd. Winners not present at the park will be   contacted via phone and given until 7:45 p.m. to arrive at the park. If the winner cannot be present at the time   prizes are awarded, a committee member of the Win on the Wabash will stand in their place. • Winners claiming their prize must show WINNING TICKET and PHOTO I.D. 
  • Complete winners list will be posted on our website: www.wowraffle.com or can be requested by mail. • All Raffle winners must claim and pick up their prizes, or arrange delivery, within 30 days of the event. • Prize claim open until 10:00 pm Friday and Saturday, 10:00 am-4:00 pm Sunday on weekend of event. • Winners are subject to ALL applicable taxes, however, the WoW Raffle covers taxes on all Tow-N-Go Raffle Prizes   valued over $5,000.00. 
  • The WoW committee reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or   greater value. 
  • Ticket must be in an individual’s name. A company or business cannot be a ticket holder. • Lost tickets will not be reissued.

*Any ticket purchased by dishonored check or other fraudulent means, and is not taken care of by 8:00 a.m. August 19th, 2024 will become the property of the Win on the Wabash committee.

By accepting a ticket and attending the Win on the Wabash Super Raffle fundraising event, the holder, on behalf of themselves, their guests, invitees, and other attendees, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the WoW Committee and any other affiliated Directors, Officers, Members, staff, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and persons or organizations from any and all injuries, damages, actions, claims, liabilities, demands, suits, judgments, losses and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to attorneys fees, which may in any manner arise or be alleged to have arisen, or result or be alleged to have resulted, from any prize obtained through the sale of tickets and/or from the activities or events in connection with the Win on the Wabash Super Raffle fundraising event. This shall include, without limitation, any claim for bodily injury, death, property damage, or for any loss or damage whatsoever, and further including without limitation, any claim or claims arising out of the presence, serving or use of any alcoholic beverages at, upon or adjacent to the area upon which the event is located. The WoW Committee and all affiliated Directors, Officers, Members, staff, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and persons or organizations will not assume any liability related to the foregoing. By accepting a ticket and attending the Win on the Wabash fundraising event, the holder of this ticket, on behalf of themselves, their guests, invitees, and other attendees, acknowledges and assumes full responsibility and liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or liability that may arise, resulting from, or occurring in relation to their enjoyment and participation in the Win on the Wabash fundraising event.
