  • When will the 2025 Win on the Wabash occur?
    • The 2025 Win on the Wabash will occur August 22nd-23rd, 2025. Gates will be open on Friday, Aug. 22nd from 5:30 p.m.-11:30 p.m. and on Saturday, Aug. 23rd from 11:00 a.m.-11:30 p.m.
  •  When will the 2026 Win on the Wabash occur?
    • The 2026 Win on the Wabash will occur on August 28th-29th, 2026.
  • When will tickets begin selling for the 2025 Super Raffle? 
    • 2025 Super Raffle tickets began selling on Oct. 13th, 2024 and remain on sale until sold out. Click here to purchase.
  • What are the details for the 2025 Super Raffle and Tow-N-Go Raffle?
    • Super Raffle Tickets sell for $100 each and will include entry into both the Friday Night Tow-N-Go Raffle as well as the Saturday Super Raffle. A total of 356 prizes will be given away, with 10 prizes given away on Friday Night in the Tow-N-Go Raffle, as well as 346 prizes on Saturday in the Super Raffle. Only 15,000 total tickets will be sold. Each ticket purchased also includes one entry wristband into the event.
  • I purchased a Super Raffle ticket online. Will I be mailed a hard copy of my ticket?
    • No, Super Raffle tickets purchased online do not include a hard copy of your ticket. You will receive an email confirmation after purchase that will serve as your ticket. You will be able to use that email confirmation to claim your one included weekend entry wristband at the Will Call window the weekend of the event.
  • If I purchased a Super Raffle ticket, General Admission Ticket, or Camping Pass online and do not have my email confirmation, what do I need to do?
    • Check your spam and junk folders. It’s most likely there. If you still can’t find it, let us know by emailing admin@wowraffle.com and we will resend a confirmation email.
  • Can I purchase raffle tickets for someone else (i.e. Christmas gift) online?
    • Yes. When purchasing, you MUST use the person’s name, phone number, and address who is receiving the ticket when completing the “Contact Information” section at checkout. If you are purchasing for multiple people, then you must do seperate transactions for each person.
  • When will tickets begin selling for the 2025 Pre-Event 50/50 Raffle? 
    • 2025 Pre-Event 50/50 raffle tickets began selling on Oct. 13th, 2024 and will remain for sale through August 20th, 2025. The winner will be drawn on the LIVE, virtual, pre-event show on Thursday, Aug. 21st. Winner need not be present to win. Pre-Event 50/50 tickets are sold online only. Click here to purchase.
  • How can I watch the LIVE, Virtual, Pre-Event Show on Thursday, August 20th?
    • The pre-event show, on which the winning number for the Pre-Event 50/50 will be drawn, will be aired beginning at 7:00 p.m. LIVE on the WoW Super Raffle Facebook Page and YouTube Channel.
  • Can weekend entrance wristbands be purchased for the event seperately from the Super Raffle ticket?
    • Yes, weekend entrance wristbands can be purchased for $30 each by clicking here.
  • If I purchased a Super Raffle ticket in-person or online, or if I purchased General Admission online, how do I redeem my entry wristband(s)?
    • You will pick up your entry wristband(s) at the Will Call window the week of the event. Please bring the hard copy of your Super Raffle ticket if purchased in-person, or the email receipt if you purchased a Super Raffle or General Admission online, as well as your ID to redeem.
  • What are the hours of the Will Call Booth?
    • Wednesday, Aug. 2oth 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
    • Thursday, Aug. 21st 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
    • Friday, Aug. 22nd 3:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
    • Saturday, Aug. 23rd 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.
  • Do I need to be present to win?
    • You need not be present to win on the Super Raffle, Tow-N-Go Raffle, or the Pre-Event 50/50. Side Raffles sold at the event including the Goldmine Raffle, Gun Raffles, etc. also need not be present to win. The drawings that you MUST be present to win include the in-person 50/50 raffles on Friday and Staurday, as well as the Attendance Prizes and Stage Games.
  • Are all of the Super Raffle prizes awarded?​
    • All prizes will be awarded to sold tickets. Any unsold tickets become the property of the Win on the Wabash committee.​
  • How are the winning numbers drawn for the Super Raffle and Tow-N-Go Raffle?
    • Super Raffle and Tow-N-Go Raffle tickets are numbered 00000-14999. Four lottery ball style machines will be used to draw the winning numbers. The first ball machine will include balls with the numbers 00-14, and the other three machines will include balls with digits 0-9. Any ticket number is eligible to win more than once.
  • When will campsites for the 2025 event go on sale?
    • Campsites for the 2025 Win on the Wabash event began selling on sale April 1st, 2025. They will remain on sale until sold out. Click here to purchase campsites.
  • Will I have to pay any taxes on my prize if I win?​
    • You are responsible for any and all taxes associated with your winnings unless specifically noted otherwise.
  • Can I being in my own food and drinks?
    • No, food and drinks cannot be brought in to the event (with the exception of sealed, bottled water). Empty coolers are permitted. There will be drinks and plenty of food options avaiable for purchase inside the event gates.
  • What can I carry into the event?
    • Canopies (max. size 12×12), lawn chairs, and empty coolers are permitted to be carried into the event.
  • When can I set up my canopy?
    • Canopies cannot be set up before 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Once the gates open at 6:00 p.m. on Friday canopies can be carried into the event area and set up. You are permitted to leave your canopy set up overnight Friday night as long as you lower it before leaving on Friday. Canopies can not be larger than 12 x 12.
  • Do you accept credit cards at the event?
    • Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
  • Do you have an ATM onsite at the event?
    • Yes, we have an ATM located at the headquarters stand.
  • What is the cost for parking?
    • Parking is FREE!
  • What entrance do I enter for General Parking?
    • General Parking will enter off of the State Route 119 entrance.
  • Where is the Handicap Parking located?
    • Handicap parking is right off the State Route 49 entrance. You must have a Handicap sticker to be able to park in the marked-off area.
  • Where is the Win on the Wabash event located?

RULES

WoW Super Raffle/Two-N-Go Raffle Contest Rules – 2025​

  • TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE 
  • TICKET HOLDER NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN – ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED
  • Only 15,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets are numbered 00000 through 14999.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and to be admitted on the grounds during the Win on the Wabash event. Photo ID is required for entrance into the event area.
  • Each ticket includes one weekend entrance wristband into the event. Extra entrance wristbands can be purchased prior to the event or at the gate.
  • Raffle subject to sale of 12,000 tickets. Any unsold tickets become the property of the WoW committee.
  • If the raffle is canceled for any reason, the purchase price will be refunded. The WoW committee reserves the right to postpone the event due to a national emergency or unforeseen acts of God.
  • ANY NUMBER CAN BE A WINNER MORE THAN ONCE.
  • All winning numbers are drawn lottery-style (numbered lottery balls).
  • Winners claiming their prize must show WINNING TICKET and PHOTO I.D.
  • The complete winners’ list will be posted on our website: wowraffle.com or can be requested by mail.
  • All winners must claim and pick up their prizes, or arrange delivery, within 30 days of the event.
  • Winners are subject to ALL applicable taxes.
  • All gun winners are subject to Federal, State, and Local firearms background checks.
  • Non-ticket holders may attend Win on the Wabash. Extra entrance can be purchased at the gate.
  • The WoW committee reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
  • Board members are ineligible for this drawing.
  • Tickets are not to be used as a method of fundraising for any organization, business, or individual unless granted express written permission by the WoW Committee.
  • The ticket must be in the individual’s name. A company or business cannot be a ticket holder.
  • Lost tickets will not be reissued.

*Any ticket purchased by dishonored check or other fraudulent means, and is not taken care of by 8:00 a.m. August 18th, 2025 will become the property of the Win on the Wabash committee.

By accepting a ticket and attending the Win on the Wabash Super Raffle fundraising event, the holder, on behalf of themselves, their guests, invitees, and other attendees, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the WoW Committee and any other affiliated Directors, Officers, Members, staff, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and persons or organizations from any and all injuries, damages, actions, claims, liabilities, demands, suits, judgments, losses and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to attorneys fees, which may in any manner arise or be alleged to have arisen, or result or be alleged to have resulted, from any prize obtained through the sale of tickets and/or from the activities or events in connection with the Win on the Wabash Super Raffle fundraising event. This shall include, without limitation, any claim for bodily injury, death, property damage, or for any loss or damage whatsoever, and further including without limitation, any claim or claims arising out of the presence, serving or use of any alcoholic beverages at, upon or adjacent to the area upon which the event is located. The WoW Committee and all affiliated Directors, Officers, Members, staff, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and persons or organizations will not assume any liability related to the foregoing. By accepting a ticket and attending the Win on the Wabash fundraising event, the holder of this ticket, on behalf of themselves, their guests, invitees, and other attendees, acknowledges and assumes full responsibility and liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or liability that may arise, resulting from, or occurring in relation to their enjoyment and participation in the Win on the Wabash fundraising event.
